5. Delivery Conditions
We only deliver within France. After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and handed over to the carrier. The total delivery time is generally 7 to 10 business days. We collaborate with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express. Orders equal to or greater than €120.00 qualify for free delivery; for smaller orders, the shipping fee is €15.00. 6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of payment, provided they have not yet been handed over to the carrier. Once an order is in transit for delivery, it cannot be cancelled; in this case, a return may be requested in accordance with the return procedure.
